The high-profile, Dynamics Practice is growing, which requires additional, best-of-breed, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultants and Project Managers. This is a defining role, with challenging projects and excellent career opportunities throughout the Business and other disciplines. You can be located at offices in London, Oxford, Midlands, Yorkshire or alternatively be home based.
Salary
£50k to £70k + Car or allowance + Healthcare + Pension + Life Assurance + Income protection
Main Responsibilities
To work within the expanding Microsoft Dynamics CRM practice using your experience of project managing MS CRM, MS MOSS and other MS enterprise products implementations to cover the following:
• To ensure the project is implemented on time, within budget and to a high quality standard.
• Experience of Prince methodology or similar is required.
• To act as one point of contact and manage the project resources, Client resources where applicable and any third party resources required on the project.
• To manage the full Implementation cycle from Discovery/Design/Development and Deployment.
• To manage the development phase of a project using company resource or third party resource, from initial design, development, testing and implementation to go live.
• Ensuring that the team who are responsible for the overall process design and system design elements of a project, deliver on time and within budget.
• Ensuring that the ultimate standard and quality of the delivered project meets and exceeds the customers’ expectations.
• Ability to work at all levels with the Client from CEO, management accountant, warehouse operative.
• Commercially aware of the contractual obligations of the project and ensuring the scope of the project is contained.
• Pre-sales presentations and proposal writing where required.
• Working as part of a team.
Skills Required:
• Minimum three years experience of project managing CRM implementations.
• To have knowledge of Microsoft CRM product set or similar CRM product at a top level.
Expert in Project Management methodology using Prince or similar and Microsoft Project
Knowledge of Microsoft CRM custom application development.
Knowledge of one other MS enterprise product such as Sharepoint, Commerce Server or MS BizTalk
• Presentation Skills
